Conference Payment Information & Registration Form

The Excellence in Leadership Conference will take place Thursday, November 6th. The cost for students will be $40. The chaperone fee is $25.

Payment Information for the Excellence in Leadership Conference

Please fill out the information in the registration form online and submit payment to the address below before the conference.
